Polarity Therapy founder, Dr. Randolph Stone, DO, ND, DC, recommended many home remedies to his patients to help with common ailments in his book Health Building.  Below are some Raw Juice Extraction Recipes from his book.  When juicing its always recommend to use organic produce that hasn’t been sprayed with insecticides or other chemicals because any pesticide residues will become concentrated by the process of extraction.

Raw Juice Home Remedies

  • Carrot, Celery, String Bean, Brussel Sprout Juice:
    For diabetes
  • Carrot and Radish Juice:
    For asthma, bronchitis, and all catarrhal conditions
  • Carrot and Cabbage Juice:
    For stomach and intestinal ulcers, plus the sesame seed drink
  • Celery, Carrot and Lettuce Juice:
    For nervous conditions, neurasthenia, and for cerebral tension of epilepsy, three or more glassfuls daily
  • Carrot, Spinach and Turnip Juice:
    For varicose veins
  • Carrot, Beet and Dandelion Juice:
    For low blood pressure
  • Carrot, Beet and Cucumber Juice:
    For gall bladder trouble and gall stones, as well as kidney stones
  • Cabbage, Spinach, Celery and Lemon Juice:
    For constipation
  • Carrot, Beet and Celery Juice:
    For skin conditions, boils, pimples, carbuncles
  • Carrot, Celery and Cabbage:
    For arthritis
  • Carrot, Dandelion, Parsley, Spinach and Beet Juice:
    For anaemia
  • Carrot, Beet and Tomato Juice:
    For adenoids and tonsils
  • Carrots and Beet Juice:
    For poor circulation and heart
  • Carrot and Watercress Juice:
    For goiter
  • Carrot, Celery and Cabbage Juice:
    For Gastritis (inflammation of the stomach)
  • Carrot and Parsley Juice:
    For hemorrhoids
  • Celery, Beet and Carrot Juice:
    For high blood pressure and phlebitis (inflammation of a vein)
  • Raw Potato Juice:
    For tuberculosis

My personal favorite is Beet, Carrot, Kale, with Apple, Lemon & Ginger.  I find adding apple, lemon and ginger makes every recipe taste better.  Use green apple to lower glycemic index if blood sugar is a concern.  Have fun experimenting!
