Glen Weimer, BCPP, RPE
Glen Weimer is a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner, Registered Polarity Educator and former board member of the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA). He was founder and former director of the Arizona Polarity Institute, Tucson and former polarity education director at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, Santa Fe. Glen has taught at colleges, conferences and both polarity and massage schools throughout the USA. In 2005, he gave the opening ceremony keynote address at the APTA 20th anniversary conference, Potomic, MD.
Holistic Bodywork is his unique synthesis of polarity therapy and subtle osteopathic (manual therapy) techniques, including craniosacral therapy. His work addresses a full range of issues such as: physical injuries, muscle pain, structural distortions, physiological challenges, emotional overwhelm, and overall stress reduction.
Glen has practiced polarity and craniosacral therapy at Canyon Ranch Resort, Tucson, and had private practices in Santa Fe, Tucson and Nantucket. He currently resides and practices year-round on Nantucket Island, and has a visiting practice in NYC.
In 1999 Glen co-founded Nantucket Network of Wellbeing (NNOW) and was editor and publisher of Waves of Insight.
In addition to over 25 years of extensive training in holistic healing modalities, he has a background in painting, graphic design and has studied and taught Chinese Martial Arts since 1980. Glen’s advanced ongoing training includes Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy with Franklyn Sills, Interagrative Manual Therapy at Center IMT and body-centered trauma resolution such as Holographic Memory Resolution.
